Krejci: Playoff Loss Tough to Take

BostonBruins.com – When Boston Bruins forward David Krejci addressed the media on the team’s breakup day just two days after their Game 7 loss to the Washington Capitals, he said it was difficult to sort out the mix of emotions he felt after the season’s end.

“You always think about what could’ve been done differently, especially when you go home and you’re trying to fall asleep and you know one goal could’ve made a difference,” Krejci said. “There’s so many mixed emotions and it’s so hard to take that it’s over, but it is what it is and we have to move on.”

After finishing the regular season with 62 points (23 G, 39 A), Krejci was held scoreless for the first four games and finished the seven-game series with just a goal and two assists.
