Pregame Skate 3/7: B’s Host Leafs

BOSTON, MA - The B’s were back together this morning at TD Garden for the first time since Tuesday night, after having Wednesday off. All of the Black & Gold were present, with a high-energy skate.
With less practices, Coach Julien has worked the usual battling drills into the gameday routine, and that was again apparent today, before the B’s face the Leafs at 7 p.m.
Anton Khudobin was first off at morning skate, with Tuukka Rask staying on, so it can be expected Dobby will get the start tonight.
During skate, line rushes saw the top two lines intact:
Lucic-Krejci-Horton
Marchand-Bergeron-Seguin
Jay Pandolfo was taking rushes with Chris Kelly and Rich Peverley, while Chris Bourque rotated in, and Shawn Thornton and Lane MacDermid rotated in on the fourth line with Gregory Campbell and Daniel Paille.
I’ll have a better idea during warm ups tonight, though, especially since the past two games’ lineups for the B’s have had different outcomes than the morning rushes (Bourque the healthy scratch vs Montreal and Pandolfo the scratch in Washington, D.C.)
