His demeanor is very calm. He’s got to go out there and just play his game; I don’t think he’s going to be an overly excited goaltender that’s going to be thrown off his game. I think he’s going to go in there and play with confidence, and if anything, he’s going to want to prove himself. I’m looking forward to seeing him in net tonight.

Boston, MA - Boston Bruins General Manager Peter Chiarelli announced today, December 27, that the club has recalled goaltender Niklas Svedberg from Providence (American Hockey League). Svedberg joined the team Friday and will be eligible to play in Friday’s game against the Ottawa Senators.
